I haven't been able to log into my Poast account since yesterday. I have no idea why and I've tried every possible fix for this problem so I'm asking if anyone knows a fix that I haven't tried. I also briefly mention that my Twitter account was banned the day before Thanksgiving making Poast the 2nd social media site to cause issues for me in the past 2 weeks

Never heard or used Poast before,
What is it about? Any good reason to use it if your not a streamer and just watchers.
Try getting in touch with Tech support and say Pajeet hijacked your account and trying to steal your Loli pics and thry shiukd try to help you faster than interpol tries to arrest international pedos, terrorists and rapists.
As RGE says always Use VPN or use AMRs VPN.
Could the problem be due to CLOUDFARE? as there was a major hack through that and most sites run off CLOUDFARE or Java, One of the 2 main issues if not a VPN issue or see what Tech Nerd Support says.
Cant help you out as I dont use Poast and I have a Similar situation with Win10 for my Laptop I cant remember my Password and they noy doing any support 4 Win 10 anymore and I cant even overide using command prompt because it asks for same password, so I can even access sum of my Waifu Bank or important Documents unless I find or known sum one that can and knows how to password break and overide so I csn use my laptop otherwise I am Fucked. Anyways Best of Luck I cant help you out hopefully you get it sorted out.
