Western sanctions pushed Russia to develop its own AI — Svetlana Lukash

Russian deputy chief of the Presidential Experts Directorate Svetlana Lukash tells RT that Western sanctions forced Russia to rely on its own technological potential. She says the country now ranks around third globally in AI development and that global standards are needed to regulate the technology.
