Western countries ‘facilitated coup d'état in Ukraine’ – Putin

‘The hostilities in Ukraine were triggered not by our special military operation, but much earlier, i.e. in 2014, when Western countries, acting as guarantors of the agreements between President Yanukovich and the opposition, backpedaled on their guarantees just a couple of days later and, what is more, facilitated a coup d'état’ – Russian president said during an interview with China’s CCTV.
