West ‘afraid of any frank conversations based on facts' – Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke to journalists after the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Skopje, saying that absence of some ministers shows not isolation of Russia, but the ‘cowardice’ of some countries to have a ‘frank conversation based on facts.’
