We already know the voice of the robots especially the bartender bot was voice by people.

yeah that these days at least could all be voiced by elevenlabs tts program that has learned voice and voice patterns to sound more human, to me it's not that big of a leap because i have seen so many ppl use that program for making NPC's in mods work for both skyrim and FO4 for many years now, so it really doesn't surprise me at this point, however AI language bots would need very fast internet and damn near no latency issues to pull it off like the dude in the video talks about.

They need skinnier limbs, . . . There's plenty of companies, to choose from, that can cover them, in realistic skin. .......... P.S. I'd' personally, like it if the hip sway was, perfect. Thanks. #Dibs on, . . . . . . . being, first in line.
