God fuck......

a) I buy some building supplies from a rural supplier.

b) They tell me that I must pay a delivery fee from their supplier to their shop - and

(i) They would not deliver direct to my place.

( this is double handling and double delivery costs )


c) I must pay for an additional delivery fee from their shop to my place.

OK - And I offered to pay cash on delivery.

Everyone agreed to this.

d) They ring me up the afternoon before delivering, to tell me that I have to come to the shop to pay for the building supplies, before they would deliver it.

e) The NEW term in the contract, was not negotiated and agreed upon.

(i) Therefore it's not a binding condition and it's unenforcable...


f) They also refused to withdraw it.

g) So they wanted to keep the product, instead of making the delivery and completing the sale.

h) There is nothing I can do about this, except contact an alternative supplier and arrange for my own delivery.

So they fuck up a sale.... just retarded petty crap....

Do they get a cash receipt book and a pen, and then turn up with the goods? Nope.

I have never heard of a home delivery pizza place, ever demand that you have to come to the pizza shop to pay for the pizza, before they make the home delivery - I mean that is what I am paying for - home delivery.

So not only do they lose that sale, them and their petty last minute "terms and conditions" are basically an imposition and a retarded cunts act.

During the negotiations, they let slide information, that was not from me, to them, revealing that they are part of that shitty "Gossip Column" crap.....

Not real bright, not real smart and people who gossip tend to be "kind of stupid".

They end up keeping the property that they paid for and refused to deliver, and I shelve them for a supplier that does not fuck me around like this.

We want to fuck him around big time over trivial shit, and he doesn't come back - "Surprise, surprise".

And as Phil Davrain once told me personally, "Always inspect the load, on the truck, for any signs of damage or rough handling etc., and to make sure it's in good condition - before you sign for it - to say that it was received in good condition, because if you sign for it, because your too brain dead or fucking lazy, and it's damaged, you have signed the contract to say it did arrive in good condition - so therefore, you must have been the one who damaged it. If your the one who damaged the goods AFTER delivery, you have voided any claim for damages that others have done. If the delivery turns up damaged - you refuse the delivery and call the supplier and tell them what has gone on - and then it's their responsibility to supply the goods in an as new and undamaged condition".

There is another story - about another building supplies place that there were like 12 pretty serious fuck ups in the transaction (the obtaining - not the paying) and there are a lot of people who do monumental fuck ups, and lying and shirking responibilities.... Weeks drag by and all I am getting is bullshit stories and the fucking run around....

I then decide at 1am, that I have had enough and I contact a supplier, and I asked them to make the effort to let me know if it's in the ware house and if it's on board for delivery to them, and when it arrives - straight onboard with a courier and up to my place...

The Knob Jobber and his tall stories, rings me up several times a week or two after the competition got the part to my place...

No answering - Not my problem.
