I was at the start a strong horn player, but I had to plug away at it for 25 years to become a great one. Most people in my midst drink shitty beer all day. I get a small measure of grief for not joining them, however, I'd rather spend my time alone practicing and refining my craft than seeking a pat on the head from such folks.
