I can not imagine why any man would insult a strong and independent woman who obviously doesn't need a man for anything by offering to help her with any task . I would not approach a woman in any situation like that . Before you know it you would be on some social media site under ##MEETOO . When you see any female of any age in public DO NOT approach under any circumstances . Free ranging females are extremely dangerous and unpredictable . care and caution are advised . Stay Frosty !
