They should all be extreme late term aborted.
Nothing "graphic" or disturbing here (unless you're a soy boy). A knee to their testicles while being cuffed, would've been a nice touch. A boot to the face of that b!tch (ala Kane or Undertaker) might have shut her up, but I doubt it.
