Washington to station nuclear-capable missiles in Indo-Pacific to deter China

The US military is reportedly planning to deploy longer range, ground-based missiles in the Indo-Pacific region for the first time since the Cold War. An American Army official cited by Japanese media says the move is expected to happen next year and is aimed at deterring China.
