Vanilla Extract - I forget the amount of alcohol in it, and what it is for different brands....

But it's a high grade alcohol content - the usual issue is that it's expensive because of the vanilla oils from the vanilla bean, it usually only comes in small bottles - unless your a commercial bakery / kitchen, and you tend to have the loveliest of BO and fresh breath...

It's quite nice with cream and or milk...

@Drums_McBashington: Yeah my memory is going... I thought it was like 80% - but that would make it far too tempting for the average binge drinker... I think there is like 1/2 a percent vanilla extract, glycerine and the rest alcohol. Maybe some water too.

You have never seen prepared vanilla beans.... actually I did not know they were slow cooked in the sun for 9 months... until about 20 minutes ago... but go get some freshly produced beans... They have the horrible dichotomoy of smelling like heaven and tasting like cardboard... They are a FRAGRANCE only product...
