US ruins all economies and only thinks about itself – Colombian President

Tensions flare between the US and Latin American countries, as Colombian President Gustavo Petro decried Washington's policies for 'ravaging' the economies of 'South and Central America', saying the US is pursuing only its own financial interests. Earlier this year Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua were excluded from the 2022 Summit of the Americas – prompting a number of other Latin American countries to boycott the forum.
