No one should be under the illusion that Vladimir Padrino, or Delcy Rodriguez, or Diasdado Cabello are anything other than committed Chavistas who want to maintain the status quo in Venezuela.

We have to be patient, and we have to get this right - but we should move as quickly as we can to enable the Venezuelan people to restore their constitutional order and rebuild their country.
