US provided Ukraine with intelligence for targeted attacks on civilians in Donbass- Russian FM spox.

The United States provided Ukrainian forces with intelligence information and sent instructors to help target their attacks in Donbass, the Spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.
