‘US not capable of confronting opponents when it comes to hypersonic weapons’

A panel of experts and officials sponsored by Raytheon, a major Pentagon contractor, warns that the US is far behind Russia and China when it comes to hypersonic weapons. So now the country ‘is trying to play catch up,’ former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter says.
