US citizen arrested in Russia for raising funds for Ukrainian army

A 33yo Los Angeles resident apprehended in Yekaterinburg and could potentially be charged with state treason for raising money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The woman is reportedly a dual US-Russian citizen, who had previously been involved in pro-Ukrainian activities abroad
