ULEZ are even CLAMPING NHS Ambulances for unpaid ULEZ fine's! lol! The CREED of GREED is the new religion, and no one is free from it. The Anti Christ is as far as I'm concerned "TECH" the mark of the beast in the palm of your hand and if you don't have it you are lost. I'm talking the Smart phone.
