Ukrainian troops make controversial Bastille Day parade debut in Paris

Ukrainian troops have participated in France’s Bastille Day military parade for the first time, marching alongside hundreds of soldiers from the so-called Coalition of the Willing.

Geopolitics and strategy analyst Cyrille de Lattre criticized the decision, questioning which Ukrainian units were represented and accusing President Emmanuel Macron of disregarding French public opinion. He also claimed that many French citizens and military personnel are unwilling to become involved in the Ukraine conflict.
