Three Ukrainian men were rescued from the freezing Maramures Mountains in Romania, after attempting to flee conscription. The men were rescued after a 12-hour search, and taken to hospital suffering from hypothermia.

Better a chance at escape than a guaranteed role as cannon fodder. I do not envy Ukranian men at all, the poor sods.
