Ukrainian army uses Telegram for espionage to target Russian troops — FSB

The Ukrainian military has been using Telegram social network and messaging service to gather intelligence and target Russian soldiers, - that's according to Moscow's Federal Security Service, the FSB.

It said those tactics have resulted in repeated threats to the lives of Russian servicemen in recent months.
