Ukraine mobilizes army of SCAMMERS... and makes no secret of it

A war against Russians continues on and off the battlefield. A series of sabotage incidents in Russia were carried out by civilians who've been duped by scammers, reportedly from Ukraine. In what appears to be a highly coordinated campaign, a number of citizens have been persuaded to set fire to police cars, as well as government and bank offices.
