Ukraine hits Russian city of Belgorod with ballistic missiles

Russia’s Defense Ministry has confirmed that Ukraine launched three Tochka-U ballistic missiles loaded with cluster munitions at the Russian city of Belgorod on Sunday, in what is thought to be the worst ever shelling of Russian territory by Ukraine. At least four people have been killed in the attack, and dozens of homes have been damaged.
