there is a much more effective way of getting rid of these accounts. simply go to their page and copy the URL, then take that URL and paste it into Amr's messages and type spam next to the URL you pasted, and eventually Amr will block and delete the profile.
this is what i do anyway, and it's been the most effective out of all the options. he has also recorded their IP address, so he could easily block them from that address, but then again if they are using a VPN they can always come back within a new IP address. but again, this is still the most effective way of getting rid of them.
