British intelligence assisted Ukrainian troops in preparing a planned sabotage of Russia's Kursk nuclear power plant, according to Russia’s ambassador to the United Nations. International security consultant Earl Rasmussen stated that the West will likely distance itself from such incidents and allow Kiev to take all the blame.
