UK, French actions complicate Ukraine's conflict resolution — Russian representative to UN

Vladimir Zelensky stated he would happily accept nuclear weapons from Britain and France if offered, but said they haven't done that as yet.

This all comes as France and UK deny any plans to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine.
