I still believe Walters was hoping Connery would bend her over and nail her in the backside (she had quite the reputation back then as a 'carousel rider', during her time at ABC, after all). She couldn't stop playing with her hair during most of that interview, and when she made the remark about Sean "possibly getting a lot of mail" for his comments, I absolutely ROFLMAO at his response: "I might even get some 'fe-mail'." Great comeback from "The Man", the original 007. He's proof that real women (and a few femons) still go for real masculinity. They want to get smacked, and Sir Sean knew it (as did my dad, when my mother pushed his buttons once too many times); though he also told Walters he never hit his wife.
