I read about the same thing back in the early 2000s. It supposedly happened back in the early '90s. It was kind of an "open secret" in my native Chicago. He reportedly was also part of a black men's organization called The "Down Low" Club, which met at the South Side church led at the time, by Jeremiah Wright, Trinity United Church of Christ; another "open secret" in the hood. All yesterday's news.
