Well, aegis shutdown commercial flights... So, I wouldn't put stock there. However, with increase drone attacks and the cartel pethaps this would help if not intimidate. Finally, with all of US AID cut, Trump might need to finnel money into shooting down/intercepting hypersonic missiles.
