‘I was the only president in decades that didn’t have a war,’ Donald Trump said during a speech that lasted nearly two hours at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Maryland. He claimed he could end the Russia-Ukraine conflict ‘in rapid order’ and that it would take him ‘no longer than one day.’
