We spoke to Karin Kneissl, the former Austrian foreign minister, who's now living in Lebanon, where today, only an hour before a memorial event for Beirut’s blast in 2020 was to about to go underway, a huge section of the surviving grain silos there collapsed. She shared with us what the country has been going through.
