That's sad & unfortunate for that Elderly Black Guy that he was not Safe with his own Family.

However, on a lighter Note, maybe if the Black Community , ( in the Bronx & similar neighborhoods) , had more White people as neighbors and/or Friends it might be more Calmer and they also Wouldn't have to Fear the Police neither, as Dave Chappelle explains below in his short comedic video.
