dino was always a punch line to a joke, because the guy looked like he was gay.
but he was completely straight.

dino would tell these women he loved them in order to get into their pants, also i don't think dino is exempt from leykis 101. leykis would always make fun of dino because he would often go off the beating path of leykis 101 teachings at one point or another.
