Kyle was clearly innocent. they are doing this to appease the mob.
but it won't work because you CAN NEVER APPEASE THE MOB!
nothing will EVER MAKE THEM HAPPY in short of destroying this nation to their own determent and future.
he will more than likely be tried for murder because he's being moved to the courts of Kenosha where the law is more than likely to find him guilty because of reasons such as appeasing the mob.
if this kid goes down for something that was clearly self defense. i fully expect ppl to forget about following the law in the future, because there is a clear indication of the law being unlawful putting charges on someone who is shown to clearly have been found to be using self defense.
i say good luck to these judges and prosecutors who make this their ruling because at that point the law no longer matters for the average person.
there is no point in following the law if it does not protect you when it clearly should.
