THREADS - 1984 - BBC DOCUDRAMA - Nuclear War Scenario

Docudrama for TV UK 1984 when "Ronald Ray Gun" was bigging up nukes! lol! America produced movies like "The Day After" with Jason Robart, We in the UK got THREAD's. Never known WHY it was called that? maybe it's because they had a few Threads of an idea for a docudrama. I remeber at the time it was quite thought prevoking, but watching it now it's quite laughable, what do you think? britain also did a similar thing around that time of what would have happened if the NAZI's wone WW" in BRITAIN, I think it was called War Games?
