Genocide sounds pretty evil.
Ultimatum:
No reparations for slavery or no food aid ever again.
I can live with either of those options but not by both.
Maybe I've been reading too much into this whole "history" thing and it's conclusion that most likely famine will prevail after any nation kills off all of it's farmers.
Money, no mater how well valued, will not fill a person's belly (in a meaningful way).
I think there's a high probability that "reparations" while ending all food aid will result in mass starvation in Africa.
