A new UN General Assembly resolution may mark a turning point in global politics.

According to Irina Abramova, head of the Institute of Africa at the Russian Academy of Sciences, this move could shift discussions on colonialism and the slave trade from rhetoric into the legal and financial sphere.

Genocide sounds pretty evil.
Ultimatum:
No reparations for slavery or no food aid ever again.
I can live with either of those options but not by both.
Maybe I've been reading too much into this whole "history" thing and it's conclusion that most likely famine will prevail after any nation kills off all of it's farmers.
Money, no mater how well valued, will not fill a person's belly (in a meaningful way).
I think there's a high probability that "reparations" while ending all food aid will result in mass starvation in Africa.
