Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed that those behind the deadly attack on Starobelsk will receive “just punishment.”

Speaking to RT, DD Geopolitics journalist Christopher Helali, who visited the site, described the strike on the professional college as a “blatant war crime” and said Russia is likely to respond by targeting military infrastructure, supply lines, logistics, and industries supporting Kiev’s war effort.
