In Oakland, CA would be thieves use a backhoe to breakdown the front of a AMPM to try to take an ATM. They failed, but this is happening everywhere around the Bay Area, especially in San Francisco, California. But surprisingly, it appears they were able to eliminate their issues with crime overnight, as they prepare for the APEC. But why is it seemingly so easy for SF to solve their problems. It's almost like they are just letting it happen.
