The UK ended visa-free travel for yet another group of citizens, and this time it was St Lucia, where I hold citizenship. I'd already applied for my ETA. I was told it would be cancelled. That's the pattern worth paying attention to: legacy countries tightening borders and withdrawing access at exactly the moment frontier countries are opening up.
