Going to smoke/grill a standing rib roast tomorrow.. have not used my awesome grill in awhile so seasoning it today by burning hardwood charcoal and small live oak branches in it.. Its about 3' long, with vent on left side so I have a steel sear plate on the right side.. will sear this 5 pound beef roast on the steel.. then move it over to the left side under the vent.. leaving the sear plate in place to disburse the smoke to the left where the roast is.. been doing this a long time.. so will smoke this basically with live oak.. I use poplar and hardwood charcoal for the fuel.. the oak for the smoke.. half way on the grill around 150 - 250.. 180 is fine.. then wrap in foil with barbecue sauce and finish in the oven in a casserole dish.. to my memory looking for 138ish internal temp with meat thermometer.. remove and let sit with foil on for 30 minutes..

Some people mqake au jus beef broth stuff, ,I prefer to water down some barbecue sauce with vinegar add red pepper seeds etc.. to pour hot over the meat on the plate before serving.. then dip it bite by bite into horseradish sauce you make with 14oz sour cream and 2 T chives + 2 T horseradish.. adjust to taste.. I know it will be good.. you can just use thick foil also to sear it with oil on it.. I found this old steel plate a couple years ago.. lol..

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: I bought some weights from Decathlon and cardio on the street. I cannot concentrate in the gym . And if you ignore them they become even more insisting. Also if you're not rich doesn't matter how good you look, they're using you anyway. After my 30's it is easier for me having a 18-22 yrs old girlfriend . A 30+ it's literally impossible.

It's impossible to have a long term relationship. Even in the summer when I met 30+ , they come, have sex and quit. If you talk too much the "relation" is over. They just treat you as a toy.

Now I have to renounce to a woman of my age and get a young girl that can be my daughter 18-22 or get 1 night sex dates but without any feelings. Also I'm starting to loose interest in one night stands and in the end I'm not going to be able to have a family.
