That BELLY in the thumb nail doesn't look very happy does it? lol! I've lost 6 stone recently and exercise is still needed to get rid of that loose skin. for me as a Guy it isn't so hard to gey rid off, but femons lose the weight but don't want to do the exercise to go with it. I have the injections, fortunately my one doesn't seem to have side effect's like we hear about? I have them for originallt medical reasons, namely for Diabetes. fortuneately even though I probably will always be prone to it probably due to age, I am now back to well below "Pre diabetic" Blood Sugar levels, and for me being a guy who likes to look after myself I intend to keep it their. i was given a Blood Glucose tester and regularly check it and my weight. I'm nearly a youthful 70 y/o. I'm now lighter and healthier than I was when I left school in 1972 at 16. Boy to I feel great. the only effect I can say is noticeable is I do Burp and fart a lot more! lol!. Meals and appitite are very small and regular and I do seem to be getting slightly HAIRIER! lol! and have to shave most mornings now, probably an age thing I guess. These injections are GREAT, BUT! you have to follow the regime if you stop you may start to but it all back on, Anyway I'm a happy active Duracel Bunny again. I've gone from an XXL 48 in waist down to a 32 inch waist and comfortable fitting charity shop wardrobe! lol! Wrinkles and flab are gradually almost gone now as well. It's certaily worth the effort, but femon's don't do effort do they! lol!
