I say shoot them. They're foreign invaders. End of discussion. Arrest the lying anchors while they are live for lying and treason. Period.
Just shoot the rioters. And then shoot anyone rioting because you shot the rioters. No lockdowns, no curfews, or "martial law"; just shoot the rioters. They'll get the idea after the first few hundred rounds.
