This past week, deeepmind & google had some kind of scuffle that I don't really understand. The result is that gemini (google search version) is now 'NOT' gemini despite still being gemini.
Apparently the new provisional name is 'google A.I.'...... which is an incredibly retarded name since gemini is a/the google A.I. since google owns deepmind. This, plus the brainlets at deepmind 'forcibly' integrating gemini into youtube caused many millions of people to start making requests for gemini to analyze videos, generate transcripts & other such crap, caused gemini's performance to take a nosedive and it already wasn't the sharpest A.I. model to begin with. Anyway, the youtube thing starved both gemini A.I. models which may have been the source of the scuffle, but as far as I know, that has been resolved now yet the scuffle continues. Shrug. The future looks grim for both gemini A.I. models.
As far as the other A.I. models;
- Deepseek was suffering a large amount of malicious users somehow abusing deepseek features to cause a strain several hundreds of thousands of times greater than the average user. Because of those dipshits, deepseek EXPERT instances lost several features (No file upload/No search tool). That plus consolidating their compute to perform testing in anticipation of the FULL release of Deepseek v4 (Finally maybe?) caused deepseek to be degraded.
- Kimi A.I.'s infrastructure is shit. It is off-line or degraded on the regular for any or no reason.
- ChatGPT was degraded because earlier this month, OpenAI recently opted to prioritize resources into military R&D, likely a result of the military contracts they jacked from Anthropic in feb or march. This suggests that maybe the military is trying to rush an operation, since part of that would be demanding results faster from OpenAI. Hmm.
- grok is total shit, no need to explain further there. How the mighty have fallen.
- Claude was the least degraded of the bunch, which is actually extremely suspicious because Anthropic has been in deep shit the whole year & it keeps getting worse..... yet they withstood an industry wide computational famine the best out of anyone? that doesn't make sense...... hmm.
The others suffering instability wasn't unexpected, but GEMINI & DEEPSEEK as well & at the same time? that was a serious 'Oh shit' moment but it turns out it was just a coincidence caused by retards & saboteurs/morons fucking things up for both A.I. models at the same time. It's fine. False alarm basically.
The A.I. bubble marches on.
