@02:14:06 I'm only a bit younger than TFM but I know exactly what he means. Awhile back, a nephew of mine in his early 20s had a problem with his GF. I forget the details but basically he was concerned that his GF "betrayed" him because he told her some secret in confidence and she told someone else. I told him she did nothing wrong..... 'in my day, we all knew one absolute truth; If you share your secrets with a woman, they're not secret anymore.' but he didn't get it. He's completely blind to female nature.... oh well.

You need enough protein to cover the needs of the body... BUT YOU NEED more protein for that protein to build new muscle mass. On the basis of energy needs, cell repair needs, and cell and tissue growth needs, it is calculated that the 150 pound "active" male/athlete needs 123grams of protein a day. Fruit, grains, and vegetables are important aspects of the balanced diet, for they deliver valuable vitamins, minerals, essential fats, fiber, and carbohydrates. TFM said he supplements but he is still not getting everything he needs if what he said he supplements with is true. He needs to eat carbs as well in the evening after workouts. I eat protein, carbohydrates. and I supplement with "gladiator barley" from boomerboost.com pure healthiest protein on the market and I'm gaining muscle mass quickly with little actual workouts, 60 reps with dumbbell each arm 1 to 3 times a week. I don't worry to much about diet, I avoid sweets/pork/alcohol the most. I have all the basic vitamins/minerals, fiber covered according to modern science. TFM SHOULD supplement with the "essential amino acids", "gladiator barley" from boomerboost.com, start taking digestive enzymes to actually digest the protein/meals more completely and just eat what he wants but he needs to do more workouts and establish a normal wake/sleep schedule.
Half of the times that TFM says the word "geopolitics", I hear "jewpolitics". Perhaps it's due to me listening to the show on my phone.
