'The Serbian people were the biggest victims' — Vladimir Kršljanin

Retired Serbian ambassador Vladimir Kršljanin tells RT that the International Criminal Court and other international tribunals have served Western interests at the expense of smaller and developing countries. Kršljanin argues that Serbia and the Serbian people have been among the biggest victims of what he describes as politically manipulated judicial mechanisms.
