3 Complete idiots in the cockpit. So they had people literally on fire in the cabin and were worried about the "checklist" and things like turning on the no smoking signs. Nobody could open an emergency exit due to pressurization so they could evacuate on their own. Roasted in a flying oven, what a way to die. At lest the 3 fools flying the plane died also. These idiots didn't have enough brains to operate a camel.
