There is nothing good about this - but basically for all aboard, it was a quick death.
The missile and decompression - depending upon the altitude, would have killed many if not most... but unless it's proximity fused to explode before impact and shower the volume of space with specifically designed anti-aircraft shrapnel, that the aircraft is about to go into, then the aircraft - especially the front of it, would be riddled with hundreds of holes like a collander, shredding all the electrics, hydraulics, structural integrity of the aircraft, and presumable at least one of the engines etc.
When the jet hit the ground, that is just a HUGE pancake of debris.
