They gotta put all these educated halfwits somewhere. Productivity is down right across the western world. Moody and/or shitty service, general incompetence. The stupid questions are a tactic they use, to buy time, to try to figure out what you said/want. They rarely do, so it's just a steady stream of stupid questions from most. Gary Orsum had a great story in one of his vids, way back. Female employee and customer having a cat fight on the phone, hanging up on each other and shit. Little children playing at adult life.
What's the book? Might be able to find a PDF or something online.

I have had a good look for it, and not that overly thrilled to go find it... I mean there are a zillion tutorials on them and videos and websites about container homes and sheds etc... I kind of wanted to borrow it, from the library to have a fast skim through of it... which equates to only interested in what I don't know... and can use... making the book an overall waste of money... BUT if you just found a PDF version in passing, I'd be interested in having a look at it... but don't go to any special effort for me over this...
