i love his argument, if you stole from a store and your argument for not being sent to jail was that you payed sales tax that you should be immune to the consequences of breaking the law.

so it wasn't all the IRS, if there is one thing i have learned, it's that some of the people in these agency's are not plotting to be evil in the government, but there were quite a bit of them doing this, so there was a divide in every one of these agency's, the good the bad and the ugly.
