I saw this $20 stuff in 2002. Back then I said that someone has too much time on their hands. I still stand by that. The Murrah Building in OKC had bombs inside that didn't even explode. The building was supposed to come down completely, not partialey as this bill supposedly shows. Yes, there is a anti-human agenda, but this guy is off in the weeds.
