Iran has called on the International Criminal Court to investigate a recent U.S. strike that killed five people and wounded scores more at a wedding party.
University of Tehran academic and commentator Seyed Mohammad Marandi tells RT that the ICC is ‘deeply compromised’ and heavily influenced by Western powers.
